Exciting news, fellow Traders!
My Telegram channel, The Gold Spotter, should be up and running before Nov 11.
It will be exclusively available to all paid subscribers. Once the channel is up, you’ll get an email with a private access link.
What is it about
Let me clarify:
❌ This Telegram channel is not about Gold signals, and it’s not financial advice.
✅ I’m simply showing you the exact trades I’m executing with my own money in real time.
This way, you can see my trading process and use it as a guide for your own trades if you want – but remember, any trades you choose to take are entirely at your own risk.
I’m not here to tell you what to buy or sell; just sharing my Day Trading experience.
What you’ll see inside
My approach to intra-day trading is pretty straightforward:
I make small, frequent trades – typically risking just about 1% of my capital on each position.
I use tight stop losses and set realistic profit targets. I’m usually not looking for huge, high-risk wins; instead, I’m aiming to lock in smaller, consistent profits.
Here’s a snapshot of my most latest trade:
I like this approach for two main reasons:
It protects my capital, so I can stay in the game longer, even when the market isn’t moving in my favor.
It makes trading a lot less stressful. I don’t have to be glued to the screen, waiting for a big payout. I can set up the trade and go about my day until it plays out.
How often do I trade
I keep things flexible based on market conditions:
No weekend trades
(Usually) no trades in tight consolidations – I prefer to wait for a clearer direction. I’d actually suggest you do the same – trading in a choppy, sideways market can lead to unnecessary losses.
Daily trades vary – some days, I’ll take only a few trades, other days - up to twenty, and occasionally I won’t trade at all if conditions aren’t right.
You’ll see all my trades in the channel, including the losing ones.
I believe in full transparency, so you’ll get the complete picture – no sugarcoating here.
If you have any questions about the channel, feel free to message me here on Substack or email me at goldtrader@substack.com.
Safe trading,
and remember: All that glitters is not Gold,
Joe
Hi Joseph, will it always be one trade open at a time? (That way we now which trade you refer to in the close signal)
